Store Credit Policy
We want you to find the right product for your skin. If something isn't working, we're here to help. We offer store credit on unopened products returned within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked.

Opened Products
If a product caused a reaction or simply wasn't right for your skin, reach out to us at hello@avoriskin.com within 14 days of delivery. Our cosmetic chemist April will personally review your case and issue store credit where appropriate. We don't offer cash refunds — but we will always work to find you something better.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
We stand behind every order we ship. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@avoriskin.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will work quickly to make it right.

Order Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Processing & Shipping Times:
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and ship from our fulfillment center in Upper Darby, PA. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
