All Sales Are Final:
Due to the nature of beauty and skincare products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used items. We strongly recommend reviewing all product details before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
We stand behind every order we ship. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@avoriskin.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will work quickly to make it right.

Order Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Processing & Shipping Times:
Orders are processed and shipped within 7-15 business days. Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.
