Houttuynia Cordata (heartleaf) water is the base of this formula rather than plain water — meaning you're getting a therapeutically concentrated soothing base, not just a water substitute with heartleaf listed for marketing. The hyaluronic acid complex is one of the most complete I've seen in a toner: six different forms covering multiple molecular weights, which means hydration at the surface and deeper layers simultaneously. Fragrance-free, alcohol-free, and a short clean ingredient list makes this one of the safer options for genuinely sensitive and reactive skin.
